Fitness x Pro - Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Fitness x Pro app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms govern your use of the App, including all features and services provided. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Fitness x Pro app, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective once posted. Your continued use of the App after any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fitness x Pro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payment
Fitness x Pro offers both free and paid subscription options. Paid subscriptions may include features such as personalized coaching, exclusive workouts, or other premium content. Payments for subscription plans will be billed according to the selected plan and will auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are provided within 30 days of the initial payment, subject to our refund policy. Refunds may not be applicable for certain subscription types or after a certain usage threshold.
Use of the App
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our permission.
- Engage in activities that could harm the App, disrupt services, or interfere with the experience of other users.
- Use the App to post any content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.

Content Ownership and License
All content provided on the App, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and branding, is owned or licensed by Fitness x Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness x Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the subscription within the past 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of HK.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, rather than through a court trial, unless prohibited by applicable law. Arbitration will be conducted in HK.
